4.4.12.2 Dispenser Keepout Zones
This feature allows you to prevent the dispensing head from traveling through defined parts of the
dispensing area.
To set up keepout zones:
1. In the Main Window, select
Configuration > Setup Dispenser > Keepout Zones.
 The Keepout Zone window (Figure 4-94) opens.
2. Enable
Use Keepout Zones to activate the window buttons.
3. Select a keepout zone.
4. To add, edit, delete or disable a keepout zone, click on the appropriate button.

5. Click on
OK.
Button Description
New
Opens a window in which you can name the new Keepout Zone. A Teach Window
opens asking you to define the boundaries of the new Keepout Zone.
Edit
Click to edit the zone highlighted in the text box. A Teach Window opens in which you
can redefine the boundaries for the Keepout Zone.
Delete
Click to delete the zone highlighted in the text box. You are asked if you are sure that
you want to delete the selected zone. Click on Yes to delete the zone. Click on No if
you do not want to delete the zone.
Disable
Click to disable the zone highlighted in the text box. The zone remains as defined, but
will be disabled. This means the dispensing head will be able to travel through the
defined zone.
