Table 4-17 Setup Dispenser Options
Command Description
Dispenser
Type
: Identifies the type of Dispenser Controller on your system.
Scal
e: Refers to the smallest increment of movement capable by the
dispensing head.
Firmware Rev.
: Identifies the firmware and revision level installed on your
dispensing system.
Build Rev
- Identifies the firmware build number installed on your
dispensing system.
Run Recovery
Enable Run Recovery
: Enables the Run Recovery feature, which continues
dispensing after a program has been aborted from the point at which it was
aborted.
Recovery Prompt Position
: This number determines when the "Start
dispensing at the next instruction?" question is asked when recovering a
failed board.
Skip Dry Run Recovery
: The dispensing head moves directly to the last
position before the run was aborted and begins dispensing.
Warning Message When Recovery Skipped
– If you choose to skip run
recovery, a message will display… "WARNING! Dispensing will start at the
beginning of the program. If a new workpiece is not loaded at this time,
then press Cancel." Select OK to this message only if a new workpiece is
loaded.
Do Height Sense in Run Recovery
- If checked, height sensing during run
recovery can be done before the recovery point is reached on the
workpiece. If unchecked, height sensing during run recovery can only start
at or after the recovery point on the workpiece.
Accuracy Mode
(PMAC: X-1000 and
M-2000 Series Only)
Fast
: Highest throughput. Best for programs with minimum number of
fiducials and/or skip marks (M-2000 only).
Standard
: Normal setting for dispensing head movement.
Precision
: Highest accuracy. Best for programs with a high number of
fiducials and/or skip marks, and where accuracy is more important than
throughput.
Antibacklash
( M-600 and Automove
Systems)
Disabled
: Disables the use of the Antibacklash feature.
When Teaching Fiducials & Origins only
: To use Antibacklash only when
teaching fiducials and origins.
All Taught Points
: To use Antibacklash at every point.
Correction Table (ACL)
FmXP
: The FmXP correction table is used to ensure dispensing head
location.
Controller
: The correction table downloaded into the Dispenser Controller
(included on the calibration disk located on the inside of the lower front
door) is used to ensure dispensing head location.
Data File Name
: The name of the correction table file included on the
calibration disk. This file is specific to your particular dispensing system.
