Feature Description
General Belt Settings
Belt Speed
: Refers to the maximum speed of the conveyor belt.
Belt Acceleration
: Refers to the rate at which the belt accelerates in order to
achieve Belt Speed.
Dispense Station
Loading
Allows you to specify conveyor belt performance for the dispense station.
Slow Load Speed
: The speed at which the board is conveyed into the
dispensing area. This speed takes effect when the board is detected by the
board sensor.
Slow Load Acceleration
: The acceleration at which the board is conveyed
into the dispensing area. This speed takes effect when the board is detected
by the board sensor.
Duration
: The amount of time (msec) that the Slow Load Speed and
Acceleration values are applied to conveyor belt movement. Generally, this
setting applies to the travel time from the board sensor to the stop pin.
Backoff Speed
: The speed at which the conveyor belt moves in reverse to
place the board at the precise dispense location.
Backoff Acceleration
: The acceleration at which the conveyor belt moves in
reverse to place the board at the precise dispense location.
Backoff Length
: Once the board has been conveyed into a station, these
settings reverse the conveyor belt motor to precisely position the workpiece.
