4.4.9.1 ACL Plus Conveyors
Feature Description
Type
Click on the drop-down arrow to display all available options:
 ACL for most Century and Millennium Series Dispensing Systems
 MPC555 for X-1000 Series Dispensing Systems
 CCACLPlus for Spectrum Series Dispensing Systems
 Custom if your system is using a non-Nordson ASYMTEK conveyor
 (none) if there is no conveyor installed
Reinitialization
Re-establishes communication between the system computer and the conveyor.
NOTE Reinitialization should be performed after Emergency Stops, after
resetting the conveyor, or if you experience problems operating the
conveyor system.
Configure
Opens a window for customizing conveyor options. See Figure 4-77 (ACL Plus)
or Figure 4-82 (MPC555).
Test I/O
Opens a window identifying all conveyor inputs and outputs. Test an output by
clicking on the button and verifying that the corresponding device responds.
Personality
Parameters
Opens a window displaying conveyor personality parameters. See Figure 4-78.
NOTE This button is not active on X-1000 Series Dispensing Systems.
Automatic Conveyor
Width
Setup - Opens Automatic Conveyor Width Setup Window. See Figure 4-79.
