4.4.7.2 Calibrate
Clicking on Calibrate in the Setup Vision Window opens a Teach Window in which you are prompted to
perform a step-by-step procedure for calibrating the number of pixels in the video display to the number
of X and Y motor steps it takes the dispensing head to travel the equivalent distance.
To calibrate the vision system:
1. Select
Configuration > Setup Vision from the Fluidmove Main Menu.
 The Setup Vision window opens (Figure 4-71).
2. Click on
Calibrate.
 The Calibration Teach window opens (Figure 4-73).
3. Follow the screen prompts and click
Next to move to the next step.
4. When you are finished click on
Done.
 You will return to the Setup Vision window.
 NOTE If the camera is replaced or adjusted in any way, the Vision System must be recalibrated.
