Table 4-11 Purge Station Setup Options
Command Description
Location Select a location from the drop-down list.
Monitor Purge
Cup Overflow
Time
Enables the timer for purge cup replacement. You must enter a time in the
Purge Cover Overflow Limit textbox.
Purge Cup
Overflow Limit
Optional timer for purge cup dispensing. When the timer is reached, the
user will be warned to replace the purge cup. There must be a checkmark
in the Monitor Purge Cup Overflow Time box to use this feature.
Current Overflow
Time
Indicates how many (minutes) overflow has occurred.
Current Fluid File: Displays the name of the affected fluid file.
Timed Purge
Enables the Timed Purge feature. If not enabled, purge duration defaults to
ten minutes. This must be enabled/disabled for each location.
Purge Duration
When Timed Purge is enabled, you can type the desired duration of the
purge in the text box. Enter a value for Location 1 and Location 2, if used.
NOTE Changing the options here also changes them in the Fluid
Manager and vice versa.
Refill
Click to refill the dispensing chamber of a DP-Series valve and put it in a
dispense-ready state.
Purge Click to immediately purge the valve to test the current settings.
Prime
Click to prime a DP-Series valve to rid the dispensing chamber of any air
pockets.
