4.4.4 Setup Locations
Setup Locations allows you to define locations for the Purge Station, Scale, and the Default Post Run
Park Location.
 NOTE If your system is equipped with the Dual-Action Dispensing Head, you have to set up two
purge locations and two scale locations. In addition to defining the scale location, you
must also configure the scale. Refer to 4.4.6 Scale Setup for details.
To set up a location:
1. In the Main Window, select
Configuration > Setup Locations.
 The Location Table window (Figure 4-64) opens.

2. Select the desired location from the list.
 The name of the location appears in the top text box.
3. Click on
Edit.
 A teach window with an active video display opens. See Figure 4-65.
4. Use the position controls to move the dispensing head to the desired location.
 The Jog Z feature can be used to automatically lower the dispensing head further once it
has settled over the programmed location.
5. When you are satisfied with the location, click on
Teach and then on Done.
6. Click on
OK to close the Location Table window.
