4-48 System Configuration and Setup
4.3.10.9 Calibrate Low Air Pressure Detect
This feature allows the user to set a minimum acceptable air pressure level. The software can be
configured to issue an on-screen low air pressure error message.
NOTE This feature is not available on all platforms.
To set the threshold air pressure:
1. In the Main Window, select
Configuration > Setup Runtime Preferences >
Calibrate Low Air Pressure Detect
.
2. The Low Air Pressure Detection Configuration window (Figure 4-46) opens.

3. Adjust the dispensing system’s Main Air Pressure Regulator to the minimum acceptable air
pressure.
4. Click the
Set button to set the low air pressure threshold value.
5. Click
OK.
6. Adjust the Main Air Regulator to the normal setting 80-100 psi (551- 689 kPa).
NOTE The number displayed in the window is the reading of the A/D converter and not
standard units.
