Low Fluid - Critical:
The beacon/alarm comes ON when:
"Use software tracking" is selected in Fluid Manager
and the syringe weight reaches the specified critical
syringe weight value.
"Use 1-position sensor" is selected in Fluid Manager
and the hardware sensor is triggered.
"Use 2-position sensor" is selected in Fluid Manager
and the critical low fluid sensor is triggered.
Low Fluid - Warning:
The beacon/alarm comes ON when:
"Use software tracking" is selected in Fluid Manager
and the syringe weight reaches the specified
warning syringe weight value, and/or
The “Use 2-position sensor" Low Fluid Check option
is selected in Fluid Manager and the low fluid
warning sensor (of the 2-position sensor) is
triggered.
The beacon/alarm is OFF when the fluid level reaches the
critical level.
Low Fluid – Board
Countdown:
The beacon/alarm comes ON when:
Critical low fluid is detected, and
The "Boards After Low Detect" setting is greater
than zero, and
The number of boards specified in "Boards After
Low Detect" has not been processed.
The beacon/alarm is OFF when any of the above
conditions is false.

Purge Cup Overflow:
The beacon/alarm comes ON when a purge is pending and
the cumulative purge time (minutes) exceeds the "Purge
Cup Overflow Limit" value in Purge Station Setup. The
light/alarm is OFF after the operator acknowledges being
informed of the possible overflow condition.
Conveyor Empty:
The beacon/alarm comes ON when there are no boards on
the conveyor for a specified time during a production run.
The beacon/alarm is OFF otherwise.
Pot Life Low:
The beacon/alarm comes ON when the "Notify below" time
period set in Fluid Manager has been reached. The
beacon/alarm is OFF otherwise.
Pot Life Expired:
The beacon/alarm comes ON when the pot life set in Fluid
Manager has been reached. The beacon/alarm is OFF
otherwise.
Fluidmove
States
Exit Fluidmove: You are exiting FmXP.
Initialize Fluidmove: FmXP will initialize.
Fluidmove Idle: The default state when no other beacon state is “true”.
Dispenser Homing
The beacon/alarm comes ON when the dispensing head is
moving to the Home position. The beacon/alarm is OFF
otherwise.
