System Configuration
System Configuration should be performed after initial installation, before beginning a programming
session, and after making any hardware changes.
"NOTE The parameters selected at the System Configuration level are global settings and
affect all programs. Some of these parameters can be overridden at the
programming level by including configuration commands within a program.

System configuration should be performed by trained service personnel only.
After installing your dispensing system, or after installing FmNT, it is necessary to identify certain
options included on the system platform. These setup options include, but are not limited to:
• Fluid Manager Setup • Workpiece Alignment
• Valve Setup • Conveyor Setup
• Height Sensor Setup • Scanner Setup
• Setup Locations • Heater Setup
• Purge Station Setup • Dispenser Setup
• Scale Setup • Configuration Files
• Vision System Setup
"NOTE Generally, System Configuration is performed at the Asymtek factory prior to
shipping, and you may never have to perform this procedure. Contact Asymtek
