Table 4-3 Local Machine Offset Options
Command Description
Enable Local
Machine Workpiece
Origin
Activate this feature to use the previously taught workpiece origin.
When you run a dispensing program while this feature is active, the
workpiece origin specific to this dispensing system will be used. Click
on Edit to edit the previously taught workpiece origin, create a new
workpiece origin, or delete a workpiece origin.
Workpiece Origin Lets you select from list of previously created workpiece origins.

Machine Heater
Offsets
Activate this feature to use the previously taught Input Reading Offset.
When you run a dispensing program while this feature is active, the
Input Reading Offset specific to this dispensing system will be used in
place of the Input Reading Offset embedded in the program. Click on
Edit to edit the previously taught Input Offset Reading.
Current Offsets for
Heater 1 (or 2)
The name of the Heater File associated with the currently loaded
program.
Enable Local
Machine Valve Bias
Activate this feature to use the previously taught valve bias. When you
run a dispensing program while this feature is active, the valve bias
specific to this dispensing system will be used. Click on Edit to
establish valve identifiers, set bias limits, and attach fluid files.
Valve 1 Identifier
Identifies which valve is currently installed as Valve 1. Click on the
arrow next to the box to activate the drop-down menu listing all
available valves.
Valve 1 Fluid File Name of the Fluid File associated with Valve 1.
Valve 2 Identifier
Identifies which valve is currently installed as Valve 2. Click on the
arrow next to the box to activate the drop-down menu listing all
available valves.
Valve 2 Fluid File Name of the Fluid File associated with the Valve 2.
Edit number of days
Local Machine
Offsets are valid
Click on Edit to establish a time frame for checking Local Machine
Offsets to ensure that they remain accurate.
