Machine Offsets Mode
Scripted Valve Offsets - On-screen prompted setup routine that can be
customized by selecting one of the pre-existing scripts, or by creating a
new script.
Valve Offsets - This is an on-screen prompted setup routine that
identifies and records a Safe-Z height, the XYZ locations of the Purge
and Scale Stations, locates the needle, finds the substrate height, and
calibrates the Camera crosshair to known locations. This routine is
performed when the dispensing system is initially installed and
configured. You should also perform a Valve Offsets before production
runs.
Calculate Master Offsets - This routine performs the same function as
Valve Offsets. Calculate Master Offsets can only be performed on
M-600 Series Dispensing Systems equipped with a Needle Sensor.
Calculate Master Offsets is not available on M-2000 or X-1000 Series
Dispensing Systems.
Restore default setup locations - Restores all "previously used" setup
locations for the selected method to their default values.

Parameters
Select Script File - Lets you select a script (.pss) file to be used during
the scripted setup procedure.
Camera Assisted Script - When this option is enabled, the Camera is
utilized when calculating offsets during the scripted setup procedures.
This eliminates the need to stick body parts into the dispensing area to
line-up needles or Height Sensor probes to requested locations.
Setup Fiducials - Select Setup Fiducials to teach fiducial locations for
the Fiducial Assisted Setup procedure. See “Fiducial Assisted Setup”
later in this section.
