Starting/Exiting FmNT
The FmNT startup procedure assumes that FmNT is already installed on your computer and that the
computer is turned ON and running Windows NT.
"NOTE If your computer is not running Windows NT, consult your Information
Systems Group.
To start FmNT:
1. Click on
Start in the lower left-hand corner of your computer screen.
2. Select
Programs from the Start menu.
3. Select
FMNT from the Programs menu.
" NOTE Alternatively, you can double-click the FMNT icon on the Windows NT
desktop.
CAUTION! Do not press any keys or the mouse while FmNT is starting unless prompted to
do so.
!FmNT will now start. It will check to see that all the Input and Output (I/O) devices for
your dispensing system are communicating properly with FmNT.
4. When the FMNT Message 30416 - Dispenser Motor References Not Found appears, click
OK
to
Home the Dispenser (Figure 3-1).

!The FmNT Main Window will open.
" NOTE If you get any errors regarding the Conveyor, Dispenser, Heaters, or Vision
System, refer to the Troubleshooting section or contact a trained service
technician.
