Reset Multipass Timer - Allows you to reset a timer for a multipass pattern.
Await Multipass Timer
- Allows you to establish Wait Time for a multipass pattern. The
program will pause until the timer has elapsed before executing the next pass.
20. Motion
- Activates a drop-down menu for Motion Commands. Motion commands are used to
move the Dispensing Head during a program. Typically, Motion commands are inserted into the
Main Dispensing Program rather than into a pattern.
Move X,Y
- Moves the Dispensing Head to a defined location relative to the origin of the
current pattern.
Move Absolute X,Y
- Moves the Dispensing Head to a defined location relative to the
machine’s origin.
Move Absolute Z
- Moves the Dispensing Head to a defined Z-axis height.
Goto System Location
- Moves the Dispensing Head to the Purge Station, Scale Station, or any
other designated location.
21. Send Commands
- Activates a drop-down menu from which you can select various Send
Command options.
Send Dispenser
- Inserts a Send to Dispenser command into the currently loaded program.
Send Conveyor
- Inserts a Send to Conveyor command into the currently loaded program.
Send Conveyor 2
- Inserts a Send to Conveyor 2 command into the currently loaded program.
This feature is only available on systems configured with the dual Conveyor option.
22. Conveyor
Send Board
- Inserts a Send Board command into the program.
Use Conveyor 1 Block
- Not yet available.
Use Conveyor 2 Block
- Not yet available.
23. Library
- This feature allows you to save Procedures for use in other programs. For instance, you
can create a Measure Flow Rate procedure, save it in the Library, and use it in different programs
by using the Call Library Procedure command.
Call Library Procedure
- Opens dialog box for inserting a saved procedure into a program.
Embed Library Procedure
- Opens a dialog box in which you can select a saved procedure for
editing. The procedure is displayed on the Screen for editing purposes only. It is not inserted
into the program.
24. Set ZFast Mode
- Allows dispensing to begin while the Dispensing Head is still in motion. Can be
used only when dispensing dots.
