18. Click on Teach.
19. Click on Done.
> A new Teach Window opens asking you to align the Height Sensor probe to a
mark on the sample substrate. You can use the same mark used in the
previous steps.
20. Use the Position Controls to align the tip of the Height Sensor probe to the center of
the mark on the sample substrate.
21. Click on Teach.
22. Use the Position Controls to align the camera crosshairs to the center of the same
mark.
23. Click on Teach.
24. Click on Done.
> A new Teach Window opens asking you to select a method for teaching the
center of the Tactile Sensor on top of the Needle Sensor. The Tactile Sensor is
for automatic height senses.
> Teach 1 Center Point

Teach 1 Center Point is used to teach the location of an object that has an easily
identifiable center, like the Tactile Sensor and the Purge Station, for example.

have an easily identifiable center, like the Weigh Station, for example.

Measurement cycles is the number of tests performed. 3 is generally sufficient.
> Offset tolerance

Offset tolerance is a plus or minus value that each measurement must be within,
relative to each other, in order for the test to succeed. .002 is the default
setting.

Needle to probe Z offset is the measurement taken.
25. Select the method you wish to use.
26. Click on Next.
27. Use the Position Controls to center the camera crosshairs on the center of the
Tactile Sensor.
28. Click on Teach.
> The dispensing head automatically performs a height sense on the Tactile
Sensor. The number of height senses performed is the number of Measurement

> The Needle to probe Z offset

Needle to probe Z offset is recorded and shown. If any of the measurements
fall outside of the Offset tolerance
