3.6 Edit Screen
The Edit Screen (Figure 3-4) is used for creating and editing programs, configuring system hardware, and
testing and adjusting system settings. The Edit Screen Menu Bar is shown in Figure 3-5. Menu Bar
options are described in Table 3-3.
3.6.1 Opening the Edit Screen
To open the Edit Screen from the Operator Screen:
1. If production is running, click on the
Stop button to stop production. Wait for the current
program to complete.
2. Click on
Edit > Edit Mode.
3. If a password is required to access the Edit Screen, the Password dialog box appears. Enter
the password and click on
OK. By default, no password is required.
" NOTE If the Edit Screen is open but hidden by the Operator Screen, click on View > Edit Mode
from the Operator Screen menu bar. This brings the Edit Screen to the front screen
menu bar.
