5. Insert the pumping chamber into the DP-3000 as shown in Figure 3-11.
! The prime port faces left, away from the chamber retention slide. The pumping chamber
should fit over the piston and snugly up against the piston opening.

6. Push the chamber retention slide in to lock the pumping chamber in place.
7. Place the stopcock into the Luer clamp block. See Figure 3-12.
! Make sure that the stopcock sits flush on the face of the Luer clamp block.
