Operation 23
Using the DP-3000
The following procedure is an example of a typical DP-3000 dispensing process. It begins with a
disassembled pump, then walks you through assembling the pump and getting it ready to dispense. It
also explains how to use the operation commands to setup, refill, purge, and prime the pump. You should
adapt this procedure to fit your specific application as necessary. Use of this procedure will ensure
reliable dispensing performance.

dispensing system. The MSDS provides material usage instructions, disposal
instructions, and safety precautions. Always wear appropriate personal protective
equipment (PPE) as recommended by facility safety practices and the material
manufacturer’s MSDS.
