Refill Valve
Command
Air from pneumatic line
hits actuator, which
rotates stopcock open to
Refill position.
Fluid flows from the
reservoir through the
stopcock.
Motion action draws
piston up to Refill
position.
Air pressure applied to
the fluid reservoir through
pneumatic line causes
fluid to flow into the
pumping chamber
Sensors detect piston in
Prime position.
Air pressure to the
actuator piston causes
the stopcock to move to
the dispense position.
End of Refill process.
Start of Dispensing
process.
Motor moves piston down
in controlled increments
to dispense fluid at
desired flow rate.
Continuation of dispensing process

Detection of another Refill
