13. Place the Quick Release Mate (with the pump attached) into the dovetail receiver assembly.
! Make sure that the pump will not hit any obstacles as it moves around in the XY axis and
that enough room has been allowed for the vision system.
! The pump should rest against the dovetail mating stop at the bottom of the bracket.
(See Figure 2-4 to locate the dovetail mating stop.)
! If there is not enough clearance for the pump to move freely, position the dovetail
receiver assembly higher up on the Z-head mounting plate.
14. Connect the DP-3000 power cable to the valve cable connector on the dispensing head
bulkhead. See Figure 2-7 or Figure 2-8 depending on your dispensing system platform.
15. Connect the stopcock pressure hose (black pneumatic hose) to the appropriate connector.

16. Connect the valve pressure hose (blue pneumatic hose) to the appropriate connector. See
Figure 2-7 or Figure 2-8 depending on your dispensing system platform.
17. Connect the syringe receiver head hose to the connector labeled FLUID on the dispensing
head bulkhead.
18. Connect the Height Sensor power cable to the Height Sensor connector on the dispensing
head bulkhead.
19. Configure the Fluidmove software as described in “Software Configuration” later in
this section.
