9. Configure the DP-3000 with a dispensing chamber, stopcock, desired syringe size, proper
Luer fittings, syringe clip, cartridge sleeve, if necessary, and needle as required for your
application. Refer to “Using the DP-3000” in the Operation section for instructions.
10. Position the Quick Release mate onto the back of the DP-3000 as shown in Figure 2-3.
11. Coat the four M3 screws with Loctite Removable Threadlocker #242.
12. Insert the four screws through the mate into the back of the pump, as shown in Figure 2-3,
and use the 2.5-mm hex key to tighten them.
