• Prior to operating the DispenseMate, read the information presented in the
DispenseMate 550 Series User Guide.
• Before attempting to lift the DispenseMate Enclosure, take into consideration
facility lifting and transport precautions.
• Always consider safety when working around automated equipment.
• Immediately push the red Emergency Machine Off (EMO) button if personnel
are in danger of being injured.
• Wear gloves and safety glasses when necessary.
• When adjusting pressure with regulators, always reduce the pressure below the
desired range before turning the pressure back up.
• Locate, identify, and obey all safety warning labels on your dispensing system
before initial use. Immediately push the red Emergency Machine Off (EMO)
button if personnel are in danger of being injured.
• Disconnect and place warning tags on the Main Power Inlet and Main Air Inlet
before performing maintenance or service on the dispensing system.
• Make sure that the Main Power Cable and Main Air Supply Hose are securely
connected before operating the dispensing system.
• Follow Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) recommendations for the proper
handling, cleanup, and disposal of hazardous materials.
