Prior to operating the DispenseMate, read the information presented in the
DispenseMate 550 Series User Guide.
Before attempting to lift the DispenseMate Enclosure, take into consideration
facility lifting and transport precautions.
Always consider safety when working around automated equipment.
Immediately push the red Emergency Machine Off (EMO) button if personnel
are in danger of being injured.
Wear gloves and safety glasses when necessary.
When adjusting pressure with regulators, always reduce the pressure below the
desired range before turning the pressure back up.
Locate, identify, and obey all safety warning labels on your dispensing system
before initial use. Immediately push the red Emergency Machine Off (EMO)
button if personnel are in danger of being injured.
Disconnect and place warning tags on the Main Power Inlet and Main Air Inlet
before performing maintenance or service on the dispensing system.
Make sure that the Main Power Cable and Main Air Supply Hose are securely
connected before operating the dispensing system.
Follow Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) recommendations for the proper
handling, cleanup, and disposal of hazardous materials.
