To run production, refer to the Operations section of the D-550 Series User Guide.
" NOTE Opening the front door during dispensing disables power to the dispenser
motors and all dispensing is stopped. To continue operation, close the front
door and press the Start/Continue button on the Control Box or follow the
Fluidmove prompts.
Emergency
Machine Off

For easy access, the system features an additional Emergency Machine Off (EMO) button on
the Control Box.
To restart the system after an emergency shutdown:
1. Locate and remedy the cause of the emergency.
2. Deactivate the EMO button(s) by turning the red knob clockwise until the knob
pops out.
3. Press the Start button on the front panel (or on the Control Box) to restore power to
the machine.
4. Close the front door.
Notes
1. If any axis is manually moved when the door is open, the dispenser will command
the axis to return to this position when the door is closed and the Start/Continue
button is activated.
2. If any movement commands are sent to the dispenser when the door is open
(i.e. jog buttons depressed), the controller will buffer these commands and the
commanded moves will be completed when the door is closed and the Start/Continue
button is activated.
3. If an axis is manually moved past the Home sensor (left in X, rear in Y, or upward in Z),
an error will be generated upon actuation of the Start/Continue button. The errors
shown in Figure 5 and Figure 6 will be displayed. To recover press the Reinitialize
button in the Fluidmove Jog Window (Figure 7).
