DispenseMate Enclosure

The DispenseMate® System Enclosure automatically protects personnel from being injured by movement of the

Dispensing Head. When the Enclosure door is opened, power to the dispensing motors is disabled and machine

motion is temporarily suspended. It features clear front, top, and side panels for easy viewing and easy access to

parts in the dispensing area. It also features a Control Box with external Emergency Machine Off (EMO) and

Start/Continue buttons.

Installation 1. Place the Enclosure over the D-55X Dispensing System. 2. Connect the 9-pin and 25-pin connectors on the Control Box to the rear of the D-55X. 3. " NOTE Opening the front door during dispensing disables power to the dispenser motors and all dispensing is stopped. To continue operation, close the front door and press the Start/Continue button on the Control Box or follow the Fluidmove prompts. For easy access, the system features an additional Emergency Machine Off (EMO) button on the Control Box.
