4. Disconnect the 2-pin connector and remove the solenoid valve.
5. Replacing the TCA only:
a. Disconnect the 4-pin connector.
b. Push the translucent green coolant line into the junction box to gain access to the TCA
connection (Figure 6-28).
Apply a light coating of lubricant (P/N 48-0018) to the line to ease the movement.
c. Disconnect the black portion of the TCA coolant line from the barbed coolant fitting and
remove the TCA (Figure 6-29).
Take care not to damage the coolant fitting.
Do not cut the black tubing from the barbed fitting, pry off only.
The barbed coolant fitting should remain attached to the green coolant line.
d. Attach the new TCA to the barbed fitting on the end of the green coolant line
(Figure 6-30).

e. Pull the green coolant line back through the junction box (Figure 6-31).
