Setting the Micro-Adjustment
To make adjustments that may be necessary to regulate fluid volume while the DispenseJet is installed on
the dispensing system, proceed as follows:
To set the Micro-Adjustment:
1. Use the spanner wrench (included in kit) to loosen the preload locking nut (Figure 4-2).
2. Turn the outer micro-adjustment collar counterclockwise to the appropriate setting.
3. Use the spanner wrench to tighten the preload locking nut 1/8 turn.
Activating the Air Supply
To activate the air supply:
1. Set the Valve Speed. See Table 4-1.
Refer to the Fluidmove User Guide or Online Help for instructions.
2. Set the main air on the dispensing system between 586 to 620.5 kPa (85 to 90 psi).
3. Listen for air leaks.
If a hissing noise can be heard, refer to the Troubleshooting section. If not, continue with the
next step.
4. Set the valve pressure to 551.6 kPa (80 psi) and check for leaks.
If a leak is detected, see the Troubleshooting section.
