Perform the following steps to test the dispenser:
1.Fill the fluid system with a compatible solvent and check for leaks.
Refer to the DG-1000 Flux Fluid System manual for the procedures.
2.Flush and fill the fluid system with coating material.
Perform the following procedure to replace the temperature controller:
1.Set the setup and operation default menu parameters. Refer to
Setting the Watlow Temperature Controller in this manual.
2.Set the switches inside the Watlow temperature controller for RTD
sensing. Refer to the WATLOW Series 965 User’s Manual for
procedures.
CAUTION: Higher temperature settings may cause the heat
limiter to open and damage the heater assembly.
3.Adjust the set point temperature between ambient and 130 °F.
Auto-tune the controller. Refer to Table 2.
