Table 2-3 Light Beacon Color Indications
Beacon Color Dispenser Status Recovery Procedures
ALERT
All motion, outputs, valve, and motion
controls are disabled.
One of the following conditions exists:
1. Doors open or light curtain is obstructed
when system is moving, INTERLOCK at
I” position.
2. System is in an abort state.
3. INTERLOCK at “I” position, Low Pressure
Sensor has been activated.
4. Ventilation is set too low.
Close doors or remove obstruction, or
change INTERLOCK to “0 position.
Press DISPENSER STATUS RESET.
Press FIND HOME.
Select the proper Interlock Mode for your
application.
Restart the program.
Check your facility air supply.
Increase ventilation.
RED
ALERT
Audible Alarm
Press DISPENSER STATUS RESET.
YELLOW
CAUTION
One of the following conditions exists:
1. INTERLOCK at “0” position.
2. INTERLOCK at “I” position, front doors
open or light curtain is obstructed when
system is not moving.
3. Blinking Yellow: INTERLOCK at “I
position, Low Pressure Sensor has been
activated.
Reset Interlock System.
Close doors or remove obstruction.
Select correct Interlock mode for your
application.
Check your facility air supply.
GREEN
OPERATION
If the machine has doors, the green light
means that the system is operational with the
front doors closed.
If the machine uses a light curtain, the green
light means that the system is fully
operational with no obstruction in the light
curtain. In both cases, INTERLOCK is at “I
position.
Normal condition
(no correction needed)
BLUE
USER-DEFINED
(Examples below)
1. Low fluid in reservoir.
2. Custom-programmed condition has
triggered blue light.
USER-DEFINED
System needs attention. Refill or switch
reservoirs.

recovery procedures, or see production
supervisor.
