Symptom Possible Cause Recovery
A. System is in abort mode
1. Press Dispenser Status Reset.
2. Wait three seconds.
3. Press Find Home.
- If motion occurs, restart the dispensing
program.
- If no motion occurs, call a service
technician.
No response from
Control Panel buttons.
B. Interlock activated (doors
opened or Light Curtain
obstructed during
dispensing, low air
sensor tripped, etc.)
1. Close both doors or clear Light Curtain.
2. Press Dispenser Status Reset. Wait
three seconds.
3. Press Find Home.
- If motion occurs, restart the dispensing
program.
- If no motion occurs, call a service
technician.
Safety Interlock fails to
reset.
Interlock activated
1. Close both doors or clear Light Curtain.
2. Press Dispenser Status Reset. Wait
three seconds.
3. Press Find Home.
- If motion occurs, restart the dispensing
program.
- If no motion occurs, call a service

System does not
correctly Find Home.

A. Loose fluid, or electrical

B. Micro-adjust knob is

Open micro-adjustment to characterized
setup value (value between 1 and 12 marks
of turn).
A. System not connected to
facility air supply
Connect the Main Air Inlet to a facility air
supply.
B. Main air regulator turned
off
Verify main air regulator is set properly.
No air pressure.
C. Valve air regulator turned
off
1. Check valve air; secure connections if
necessary.
2. Verify valve air regulator is set properly.
“Air” is hissing at the
rear of the system.
Main Air Regulator set too
high
1. Disconnect Main Air supply and install a
regulator.
2. Set Main Air Regulator to 80-90 psi (5.5-
6.2 Bar).
