Symptom Possible Cause Recovery
A. System not connected
to facility air supply.
B. Main air regulator
turned off.
1. Check the Main Air Inlet at the rear
of the system.
2. Verify main air regulator is set
properly.
8. No Air
Pressure.
C. Valve air pneumatic
hose not connected.
D. Valve air regulator
turned off.
1. Check valve air; secure connections
if necessary.
2. Verify valve air regulator is set
properly.
9. “Air” is
hissing at the
rear of the
system.
A. Facility air pressure is
too high (>690 kPa, or
100 psi).
B. Nitrogen gas is
leaking.
1. Disconnect Main Air supply and
install a regulator.
2. B. Shut-off facility Nitrogen supply,
call for service.
A. Applicator ON/OFF
button is OFF.
Push applicator ON/OFF button.
B. Not enough fluid
pressure.
Increase fluid pressure.
10. No fluid is
being
dispensed.
C. Nozzle is clogged.
Remove nozzle, visually verify that it is
clogged.
