A. Height Sensor has
been adjusted.

wrong Z location.
B. Nozzle / needle
has been changed.
Perform Valve Offsets or Calculate
Master Offsets (see 2B above).
A. System is in abort
mode.
Press DISPENSER STATUS RESET.
Wait three seconds. Press FIND HOME.
§ If motion occurs, restart the
dispensing program.
§ If no motion occurs, call a service
technician.
4. No response from
Control Panel
buttons.
B. Interlock activated
(doors opened
during dispensing,
low air sensor
tripped, etc.).
1. Turn INTERLOCK to O.
2. Press DISPENSER STATUS
RESET. Wait three seconds.
3. Press FIND HOME.
§ If motion occurs, see “Safety
Interlock fails to reset” in this
table.
§ If no motion occurs, call a service
technician.
5. Safety Interlock fails
to reset.
Interlock activated.
1. Close both doors or clear Light
Curtain.
2. Press DISPENSER STATUS
RESET. Wait three seconds.
3. Press FIND HOME.
4. Restart the dispensing program.
A. Monitor or video
cable not
connected.
Connect the monitor or video cable to the
computer.
6. Monitor or video
image is missing.
B. Monitor power is
OFF.
Turn ON monitor power.
7. Valve Status
indicator light(s) is
ON.
Overcurrent sensed on
valve motor.
Press VALVE RESET and restart the
dispensing program. If the problem
persists, the motor is probably stalled.
Shut down the system, and clean the
valve. See the fluid pump manual if
necessary.
