4-28 Operation
Fluid Pressure
The fluid pressure regulator controls the flow of Nitrogen (N
2
)
gas from the N
2
Inlet to the
external fluid reservoir and the clear pneumatic fitting, which is located on the right side of
the dispensing head. This fitting connects to the top of the syringe. The system maintains
steady fluid flow by applying N
2
gas at constant pressure to the external reservoir or
syringe while the dispensing system is ON. For more details on how the N
2
gas is used for
fluid pump or valve operation, see the manual for your specific fluid pump.
Consult your specific fluid pump’s manual for the recommended fluid pressure setting.
