Dispensing Status Recovery Procedures
RED
ALERT
All motion, outputs, valve and motion
controls are disabled.
One of the following conditions
exists:
A. Doors open or light curtain is
obstructed when system is
moving, INTERLOCK at I.
B. System is in an abort state.
C. INTERLOCK at I, Low
Pressure sensor has been
activated.
A or B:
1. Close doors or remove
obstruction, or change
INTERLOCK to O.
2. Press DISPENSER
STATUS RESET.
3. Press FIND HOME.
4. Select the proper Interlock
Mode for your application.
5. Restart the program.
C. Check your facility air supply.
YELLOW
CAUTION
One of the following conditions
exists:
A. INTERLOCK at O.
B. INTERLOCK at I, Front doors
open or light curtain is
obstructed when system is not
moving.
C. Blinking Yellow: INTERLOCK
at I, Low-pressure sensor has
been activated.
A. Normal condition—no
correction needed.
B. Reset Interlock System.
1. Close doors or remove
obstruction.
2. Select correct Interlock
mode for your
application.
C. Check your facility air
supply.
GREEN
OPERATION
If the machine uses doors, the green
light means that the system is fully
operational with the front doors
closed. If the machine uses a light
curtain, the green light means that
the system is fully operational with
no obstruction in the light curtain. In
both cases, INTERLOCK is at I.
Normal condition—no correction
needed.
BLUE
USER DEFINED
(Examples below)
A. Low fluid in syringe.
B. Custom-programmed condition
has triggered blue light.
USER DEFINED
A. System needs attention.
Replace with new syringe.
B. See custom-programmed
condition recovery
procedures, or see
production supervisor.
