Clean purge boot and purge
lid
Daily
1. Remove the purge station lid (Figure 7-2).
2. Clean the boot and lid with a small bottle brush
and the solvent recommended by the fluid
manufacturer (see MSDS).
Replace cup Daily
1. Remove the purge station lid.
2. Remove the plastic cup.
3. Replace with clean cup.
4. Put the lid back on.
Replace purge boot Every two weeks See Figure 7-2 on p. 7-5.
Clean Control Panel Weekly
1. Turn OFF the Main Power Circuit Breaker at
the rear of the system.
2. Using isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and a soft cloth,
clean the Control Panel.
Clean doors and side panels Weekly
Using IPA and a soft cloth, clean the doors and
side panels.
Clean miscellaneous surfaces Weekly
1. For damp spills, wipe with a dry, soft rag.
2. For dried spills, clean with IPA or the solvent
recommended by the fluid manufacturer (see
MSDS).
Empty water trap Weekly See Emptying the Water Trap – p. 7-3.
