Fluid and Valve Fittings
The pneumatic fittings for the fluid and valve pressure are located on the right side of the Dispensing
Head (Figure 4-5).

Fluid Clear
Provides constant air pressure
(constant-ON) to the syringe
Valve ON Blue
Provides regulated air pressure
(pulsed-ON) to the fluid pump during
dispensing
For DJ-2100 – Provides a second
constant-ON output for the DJ-2100
Series Valve
Valve OFF Black
For other pumps – Cuts air pressure
(pulsed OFF) to the fluid pump
during dispensing
