7-6 Maintenance
Heated Vacuum Tooling Plate Maintenance
The Vacuum Heated Tooling Plate operator-performed maintenance consists of cleaning.
See Table 7-3 below. For other maintenance, contact Asymtek Technical Support Group.
WARNING!
The Vacuum Heated Tooling Plate can get very hot and remain hot
for an hour after being turned to OFF. Never touch it while the
system is ON or after it has been turned off before it has cooled off.
CAUTION!
Do not attempt to over-tighten the vacuum-hole screws. Frequent
over-tightening may cause thread damage and vacuum leaks.

Ensure that system is off before performing maintenance.

TIP
Record-keeping facilitates proper use of the system and is beneficial
to maintaining optimum performance. Asymtek offers a warranty
