Table 6-1 System Troubleshooting
Symptom Possible Cause Recovery
A. Main Power Cable
disconnected.
Check that the Main Power Cable is
connected to an AC source.
B. Main Power Switch
turned OFF.
Turn ON the Main Power Switch at the
rear of the system.
C. EMO is depressed.
1. Turn EMO clockwise until it releases.
2. Close doors.
3. Press Start button on Control Panel.
4. Press FIND HOME.
1. No power to major
system components.
D. Interlock activated
(doors opened
during dispensing,
low air sensor
tripped, etc.).
1. Close the front doors, or remove
obstruction from light curtain.
2. Press RESET and wait three seconds.
3. Press FIND HOME.
A. Nozzle/needle is
damaged.
Replace nozzle/needle and perform Valve
Offsets or Calculate Master Offsets (see B
below).
B. Nozzle/needle has
been changed.
1. From the FMW Main Window, click on
Configuration.
2. Select Needle Setup.
3. Select Valve Offsets (for DJ-2000) or
Calculate Master Offsets (for DV-6000).
C. Camera position
has changed.
Perform Valve Offsets or Calculate Master
Offsets (see B above). Program may need
to be edited; see Supervisor. If problem
persists, contact Technical Support.
2. Dispenses in the
wrong X and Y
location.
D. X-Y location in
FMW program is
incorrect.
Have Supervisor edit program.
