Digital Scale Maintenance
The Digital scale operator-performed maintenance consists of tracking the hours of
operational use, cleaning and periodically checking the Digital scale for accuracy. Refer
to Table 16-4 below for preventive maintenance. Contact Asymtek Technical Support
Group for calibration and service.

Ensure that system is off-line and workpiece production has been
completed before performing maintenance

Record-keeping facilitates proper use of the system and is
beneficial to maintaining optimum performance. Asymtek offers
a warranty which is predicated on the proper use and service
requirement attention of the system by the owner operator.

of the Digital Weight Scale. Properly dispose of consumable items.

Dry, soft, lint-free rag
Disposable Dixie cups
