Digital Scale Maintenance
The Digital scale operator-performed maintenance consists of tracking the hours of
operational use, cleaning and periodically checking the Digital scale for accuracy. Refer
to Table 16-4 below for preventive maintenance. Contact Asymtek Technical Support
Group for calibration and service.
? NOTE Ensure that system is off-line and workpiece production has been
completed before performing maintenance

TIP Record-keeping facilitates proper use of the system and is
beneficial to maintaining optimum performance. Asymtek offers
a warranty which is predicated on the proper use and service
requirement attention of the system by the owner operator.
List of Tools and Consumables
The following items represents support material required for the operational maintenance
of the Digital Weight Scale. Properly dispose of consumable items.
• Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA)
• Dry, soft, lint-free rag
• Disposable Dixie cups
• Banjo wipes
? NOTE All other items that may be required for the system operations are
facility-dictated and may vary with each production environment.
