Adjusting Fluid Air Pressure
See the dispensing system operations manual for the location of the regulators and
instructions on how to change the settings. See also the fluid pump installation and operation
manual for correct pressures.
Changing Fluid Pump Spacing
To maximize your dispensing area, the space between Pump 1 and Pump 2 is set up for your
application at the Asymtek factory. Depending on your fluid pumps and accessories, you can
separate the pumps 100 mm (3.72 in) or 87 mm (3.42 in) (See Figure 13-3).

Adjusting Valve 2 Toggle Speed
The airflow that controls Pump 2’s toggle speed (up and down movement) is set for your
application at the Asymtek factory. If you need to re-adjust this toggle speed, follow the
steps below.
WARNING! This procedure should be performed only by an Asymtek-trained
service technician.
The only tool needed for this operation is a flathead screwdriver.
To adjust the toggle speed of Valve 2:
1. Locate the two quick disconnect airflow controls on the front of the air cylinder.
(See Figure 13-3).
2. Insert a flathead screwdriver inside each brass connector.
3. Turn the screwdriver to adjust airflow to the desired rate.
