Symptom Possible Cause Recovery
1. Stop Pins and/or
clamps do not work.
Air pressure too low.
Check main air pressure (551-620 kPa;
80-90 psi) and conveyor air pressure
(379 kPa; 55 psi).
2. No up/downstream
interface.
Varies. Call a service technician.
3. Part sensors not
sensing when board is
present.
Sensors are dirty, not
active or are out of
adjustment.

4. Board will not index
after dispensing.
No SMEMA signal from
downstream system.
Call a service technician.
A. Stop pins not
receiving air.

C. Conveyor rails gap
too narrow
Check conveyor width
6. Conveyor does not
move at all (with

Conveyor module
(201W) has no power.
1. Verify that the AC power cable is
connected to the module and to the
facility power source.
2. Check 2A fuse on 201W module.
7. Fails to find width
Home.
Personality parameters
are corrupt.
Call a service technician.
A. Lift table switch is in
OFF position.
Turn switch to Auto (see Figure 2-2)
8. Lift table does not rise.
B. Conveyor air
pressure too low.
Increase conveyor air pressure to
379 kPa (55 psi).
