Fluid and Valve Fittings
The pneumatic fittings for the fluid and valve pressure are located on the right side of the
dispensing head (see Figure 4-10).

Fitting Color Description
Fluid Clear
Provides constant air pressure
(constant-ON) to the syringe
Valve ON Blue
Provides regulated air pressure
(pulsed-ON) to the fluid pump
during dispensing
For DJ-2000—Provides a second
constant-ON output for the DJ-2000
Valve OFF Black
For other pumps—Cuts air pressure
(pulsed-OFF) to the fluid pump
during dispensing
