PAUSE
Press PAUSE to stop the Conveyor. The LED lights to indicate
Conveyor is stopped. Press PAUSE again to resume Conveyor
movement.
Press RESET to clear the Conveyor controller after a fault
condition has occurred. The LED lights to indicate a fault.

RECOVERY
Activates (I) and deactivates (0) the Safety Interlock that
prevents Conveyor and the dispensing head movement while
the access doors are open. Refer to Section 2 – Safety for more
information.

STATUS
LEDs are color coded for each dispensing status condition.
Refer to Table 2-2.
Press RESET after correcting the condition that triggered the
red “abort” LED to reset the dispenser electronics.
" NOTE After you press RESET, press the FIND HOME
button to re-establish motor references.

The LED turns ON if there is a problem with the dispensing
valve motor. It usually indicates that the valve electronics has
detected a power surge. When the LED is ON, the valve is
disabled.
V1 = Valve 1. V2 = Valve 2.
To recover, press . If the problem persists, the pump may
need to be cleaned.
Each DV Series and DP valve has a Valve Speed
Potentiometer (Pot) that sets the valve motor speed, affecting
the amount of fluid dispensed.
Each DP Series valve also has a Valve Reverse Speed Pot at
the rear of the machine that adjusts the valve’s refill rate. On the
electrical interconnect panel, the pot labeled Elec. 7 controls
Valve 1 reverse speed; Elec. 8 controls Valve 2 reverse speed.

Press VALVE RESET after you have corrected any problem
indicated by the Valve Status indicators.

Valve Air Pressure
Gauge
Displays the air pressure level being supplied to the dispensing
valve. Systems equipped with a Dual-Action Dispensing Head
have two gauges.

EMO Switch
Shuts off all power to dispensing system except for Computer
and Monitor.
