5-2 Start-up/Shutdown
Operator Start Up in FMW
Start up after a production shutdown:
This procedure is for operators who will run a dispensing program.
1. Press the Main Power Switch on the back of the system to
ON (
).
2. Press the Power Switch on the Control Panel to ON ( ).
3. Press the Power Switch on the computer and monitor to ON ( ).
4. Close all other programs.
5. Locate the FMW Program Group.
6. Double click on the FMW icon to start FMW.
If you receive any error messages concerning the motion controller, exit FMW,
press
SYSTEM RESET
on the Control Panel, and repeat Steps 1-6.
7. Click on .

If the valve or needle on the valve has not been removed or their
position has not been changed, skip Steps 8-10 and continue with
Step 11.

10. Follow the on screen prompts.

12. Select the program you wish to run, and click .
