Front View Features
Figure 1-1 to Figure 1-3 show front view features of the dispensing system. Detailed operating
instructions for some of these features are treated in other sections of this manual.
1. Control Panel
The Control Panel buttons and switches let you control certain programming and run functions.
2. Emergency Machine Off (EMO) Button
The EMO button is a built-in safety feature located on the front panel of the dispensing system.
Activating the EMO vents all pressure in the pneumatic system, de-energizes the Dispensing Head
(Robot) motors, and cuts power to all system components.
3. Dispensing Area
The Dispensing Head (Robot), Solvent Cups, and Tooling Rails are located in the Dispensing Area.
4. Leveler (foot pad)
The Levelers are the adjustable footpads of the dispensing system.
5. Front Doors
The Front Doors allow the operator to view, and if necessary, access the dispensing area. Door
Sensors connect the front doors to the Safety Interlock System.
