Basic System Operation
The C-341 Series Dispensing Systems provide consistent, uniform dispensing of solvent-based and 100-
percent solids materials for batch coating applications. The C-341 Dispensing System includes aluminum
tooling rails that are easily adjusted to accommodate the workpiece. Workpiece fixturing is customer-
supplied. Dispensing takes place in a Workcell that contains a Robot and a Fluid Applicator mounted on
the Robot tool arm.
Easy Coat for Windows NT (ECNT) software controls both the Robot movements and the dispensing
operation. Before the dispensing process can begin, the ECNT software must be programmed to perform
the necessary steps. Besides controlling the flow of the fluid, dispensing programs also control fluid
temperature, and maintenance functions.
" NOTE Refer to the ECNT Users Guide or ECNT Online Help for programming
instructions.
