5-6 Power-up and Testing
Preliminary Dispensing Head Clearance Check
Perform the following procedure to make sure that there is sufficient clearance for the Dispensing Head to
operate in the dispensing chamber.
To check Dispensing Head clearance:
1. With the Hatch still open, manually move the Dispensing Head throughout the entire
dispensing chamber making sure that it does not encounter any obstacles during its travel.
Make sure that pneumatic and electrical cables do not impede the Dispensing Head travel and
are not in danger of being pinched or snagged.
2. Check the Dispensing Valve(s) and brackets to make sure that they are mounted securely.
3. Close the dispensing system Hatch.
