Conveyor Mechanics
Make sure that both Conveyor rails are
leveled with each other within +/-5 mils.
This can be done using the HS probe trigger
point turning green, while verifying Z
coordinate in FMNT.

Rail leveling
39. Verify Conveyor rails are parallel to within ±4
mils.

Rail parallelism
40. Verify that belt cannot be wedged between
replaceable guide and belt groove on rail.
41. Make sure there is no wear or tear on the
Conveyor belts.
Inspect all areas of the belt.
Belt quality
42. Ensure that the Conveyor motion in X and Y
direction is correctly controlled by software.
Check that no unusual vibration occurs
during motion.

Conveyor Module,
Interconnect PWA
43. Ensure the Conveyor finds home.

controller, Conveyor Motors
and linkage
44. Check that no unusual vibration occurs
during motion.
555 stepper control,
mechanical linkage
45. Make sure that no electrical cables get
snagged on the rails (e.g. Heater Tooling
cables).
Conveyor cable routing
46. Verify that the rail stays parallel during the
find home and does not bind or twist.

Conveyor SMEMA
Test the SMEMA bits using a TS-01 Box in
Conveyor I/O test mode.
