6. Turn each of the six Phillips head fasteners on the Dispensing Area Front Cover 1/4-turn to

release the Cover from the mounting brackets (see Figure 10-8). Remove the Cover from the

dispensing chamber.

7. Disassemble the Dispensing Calibration Module as follows (see Figure 10-9):

a. Remove the Weigh Station Cover.

b. Remove and discard the Weigh Station plastic cup.

c. Carefully remove the Scale Pedestal from inside the Breeze Shield.

d. Carefully remove the Breeze Shield by lifting it straight out of the Weigh Station.

e. Remove the three 4-mm socket head cap screws attaching the Dispensing Calibration

Module to its mounting bracket.

f. Disconnect the Needle Sensor Cable and Purge Station Vacuum Hose from the

Dispensing Calibration Module.

g. Remove the Dispensing Calibration Module from the dispensing chamber.
