Replace Purge Station boot. Every 2 weeks See “Replacing Consumables” in this section.
Clean dispensing system
chassis.
Every 2 weeks Use isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and a clean, soft cloth
to wipe down the top, sides and front of the
dispensing system. Make sure that you remove all
residual fluid and dirt.
Clean Conveyor belts and
rails.
Every 2 weeks 1. Clear the Conveyor of all boards or carriers.
2. Open the Hatch and manually move the
Dispensing Head to the back of the
dispensing area.
3. Using isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth, wipe
the length of each Conveyor belt.
4. Using MSDS-recommended solvent and a
soft cloth, clean any wet or dry fluid that may
have spilled on the Conveyor rails.
5. Close the Hatch.
Lubricate the X- and Y-Axis
bearings.
Monthly See “Lubricating the X- and Y-Axis Linear
Bearings” in this section.
Lubricate the Mechanical
Cables.
Quarterly See “Lubricating Mechanical Cables” in this
section.
Replace Conveyor Belts. Semi-annually Refer to the “Removing and Replacing Conveyor
Belts” instructions in the Parts Replacement
section of this manual.
Calibrate the Scale. Semi-annually Refer to the “Calibrating the Scale” instructions in
the Calibration and Adjustment section of this
manual.
Clean Board Sensors. As needed Use a clean, soft cloth to wipe any dust off of the
sensors.
Clean, dry pressurized air may be used if your
application does not use thermal grease.
Depending on your system configuration,
there may be as many as three Board
Sensors present.
Clean fluid on miscellaneous
surfaces.
As needed
For damp spills, wipe with a clean, dry, soft
cloth.
For dried spills, clean with the manufacturer
MSDS recommended solvent and a clean,
soft cloth.
Clean Dispensing Valve. As needed For cleaning instructions and recommended
cleaning schedule, refer to the maintenance
section of the Installation and Operations manual
to your type of Dispensing Valve.
