13. Does a Door Open message appear in the bottom left corner of the FmNT window when the Front

Hatch is closed?

Go to 8.2, Troubleshooting the Servo Controller

Go to 8.1.4, Interlock Fault Isolation Procedure

Power-up Reset Check

1. Locate the XY Servo Interface PWA power LEDs.

2. Is the green +SERVO LED illuminated?

Go to Servo Power Verification in this subsection.

Go to Step 3

3. On the X and Y Servo Amplifiers PWA, locate the power connection at J26.

4. Measure VDC between Pin 1 and Pin 2 of the J26 connector.

5. Is the reading 67.5 ±2 VDC?

Go to Step 6

Servo Amplifier (P/N 60-1212-00) has failed. See Parts Replacement

section.

6. Press the black OFF (0) button on the Operator’s Console.

7. Disconnect the cable from the Z-Servo Interface PWA located at the rear of the Dispensing Head.

8. Measure VDC between Pin 1 and Pin 2 of the cable connector.

9. Is the reading 67.5 ±2 VDC?

Cable (P/N 60-1212-00) has failed. See Parts
